Warranty
Policy
All Attribute pieces are covered by a 1-year warranty, valid for products manufactured by Attribute Jewelry and purchased through our authorized sales channels.
Covers:
- Manufacturing defects, such as broken or faulty clasps that cannot open, close, or lock securely.
Note: For pieces with spring-loaded clasps, slight softness or variation in hinge tension is a natural result of hand assembly and is not considered a defect. Clasps may also loosen slightly with regular wear.
Does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear: gradual changes from regular use, such as scratches, dull finishes, dents, or loosened settings.
- Damage from misuse: discoloration from exposure to cosmetics, chemicals, or humidity; deformation or breakage caused by mishandling or excessive force.
- Accidental damage: breakage or deformation due to drops, impacts, or other accidents.
- Loss or theft.

If you receive a defective piece, please submit your claim via our contact form within 5 days of delivery and refer to our Return Policy for further details. For cases outside this timeframe, please refer to the section below.
Approved items will be replaced free of charge.
Process
If your piece has a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, please contact us:
- Fill out the contact form with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your contact details.
- We’ll review within 2 business days, request photos if needed, and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Attribute, and a WhatsApp pickup notification from Quiqup (our authorized courier).
- Place the piece in a box or padded mailer and seal it properly. (Unsealed packages may be declined by the courier.)
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement within 1–2 business days. You’ll be notified by email once complete.
