Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Gift cards, sale items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For defective items or incorrect orders, please submit a claim within 5 days of delivery here.
Note: We understand you may want to try on certain pieces before deciding. For these cases, please handle it gently during this trial period, keep your hands clean and dry, avoid scratches, contact with lotions, perfumes, sweat, or humidity, and store it properly in its original packaging. This will help keep the jewelry in new condition and ensure a smooth return process. Pieces returned with signs of wear may not be eligible for return.
Attribute reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet the above conditions and return the items to the customer. If this happens, you’ll be notified.
Process
Manage and monitor orders in your account.
- To request a return, sign in with the same email you used at checkout, then enter the verification code sent to your inbox.
- In your account, go to "Orders" and click "Request Return" for the order you’d like to return. Select the item(s), choose a return reason, and leave a note if needed.
- Once submitted, we’ll review your request within 2 business days. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Attribute and a pickup notification via WhatsApp from Quiqup (our official courier).
- Please repackage your item carefully in its original box and bag, including all inserts, and make sure the packaging is properly sealed. (Unsealed or incomplete packages may be rejected.)
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 1-2 business days. You’ll be notified via email, and you can also track your return status in your account.
Returns
If you change your mind or are not satisfied, you may return your order for a refund or store credit.

Returns are free of charge within the policy timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, you may return your order for an exchange.
Please check first the eligibility and return process outlined above. When submitting your request, add the details of your desired exchange in the note, and contact us for a direct assistance.
Exchanges are free of charge, excluding the shipping fee for sending the new item.
Once we receive and process your return, you’ll get either:
- A store credit to place your new order directly.
- Or for assisted exchanges, a payment link covering the new shipping fee, and any price difference, if applicable. If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the balance.
Once payment/order is confirmed, your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Replacements
For damaged or incorrect items, submit a claim through our contact form within 5 days of delivery for a replacement.
Follow the return process outlined at the beginning and indicate further details of your case in the note.
Replacements are free of charge and fully covered by Attribute.
Once we receive and process your return, we'll ship the new item.
Claims outside this timeframe should refer to our Warranty Policy.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credits.
Refunds and credits are issued 1-2 business days after return has been approved and processed, and are notified via email.
Refunds to bank cards may take up to 10 business days to reflect. Store credit is emailed within 1-2 business days after approval.
Special Cases
During peak seasons, the return window may extend up to 30 days (e.g., Christmas, Ramadan).
Stay Safe
For your security, all domestic orders are delivered exclusively through our authorized courier, Quiqup. Please interact only with official communications from Attribute and Quiqup. Never click on suspicious links or share sensitive details such as bank information or OTPs.
